Astak Weatherproof Security Camera

A couple months ago I purchased 2x of these from Newegg Flash for $23.99 (US) each ([...] to add to my Rosewill RSVA-11001 8ch DVR. In comparison to the Sony 1/4" CCD 21 IR LED cameras that came with the Rosewill DVR unit, these Astak cameras are not worth the price. Essentially what happens is there are two major issues with these cameras, 1) day to night mode transition(s) are accompanied by day/night mode flickering rapidly until finally the camera enters the appropriate mode, 2) when in night mode they appear to 'fog' over, but after inspection it has to be internal moisture accumulating on the CMOS sensor or inside the lens (it can't be fixed). I'll try to attach a video or two for examples but if you live in an area that is considered 'temperate' climate these cameras aren't for you. Now there is one positive side to these cameras, the work inside, but who wants these big chunky things (any bullet cam for that fact) inside your house? One last side note, when these switch over to night mode there is an audible 'click' from a the camera (from a relay?), and another when the click off.
