Safe, Clear, Slim, Sleek
By P. Sorornejad on Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2012
My girlfriend loves to call me and talk to me about her day as soon as she gets out of work. Prior to my purchasing of this product for her, I would find myself on the other end of a speakerphone call filled with road noise and general static. Eventually it was time for her upgrade and she went and got a new phone from the company that has the name of a fruit ( ;) ). She was instantly addicted to the phone, and I knew that she would be spending more time making calls. I hated the idea of her fumbling for the phone to throw on speaker when she called / received a call, so I knew I needed to consider her safety. I bought this for her as a gift. I have never used one of these bluetooth speakerphones, but have heard great things about them, and figured that now is better than ever to give it a shot. As always, the product arrived promptly from Amazon. The packaging was small, easy to open, and displayed the product quite nicely. When you open the package, you find the speakerphone, a USB cable, a car charging adapter, and instructions. The device was not only easy to set up (the phone detected it immediately), but was already charged so she could use it immediately! The device is great! It has easy to reach/press buttons for volume control, and the speaker itself is a button. When you turn on the device, it literally tells you that it has connected to the phone, this way there is no question, and no having to remember such things as 'two beeps means connected' 'one beep means disconnected' etc. I had her go out for a drive while I called her so we could test it out. To answer, she simply had to push on the speaker, which is its own button. I was impressed! Not only could I hear her clearly, I actually had to tell her to speak in a normal voice since it literally was as if she was on the phone and not on speaker. Road noise is non existent, and the connection quality is amazing. I am very happy with my purchase, the price is amazing, and when you consider that this is the safest and legal way to use your phone in a vehicle, it really cannot be beat.

The DIVE...YES DIVE...PIECE OF CRAP
By zeeinAZ on Reviewed in the United States on December 27, 2020
Bought the Jabra DIVE, it's a piece of worthless crap! I read the reviews good and bad, and not knowing which are real or fake for both the high and low rating. So I took a chance and spent the $60. If it was good then I would look into getting their higher end with more functions/features. I'm adding to those other reviews that has stated the following already--so those reviews low star rating and reviews are real. Hopefully, others will not believe the golden high star rating and will not buy GAGBRA products (no spelling mistake). I believe those high star ratings are bots, or paid people. The name should be changed to DIVE. It pairs with the my iphone 11 okay. However, it doesn't reconnect (like 8 out of 10 times) when you walk away and back to your car. All speaker sound reverts back to the iphone's speaker for phone and text messages call out, even though the blue tooth says it is still connected, turning off/on the DIVE doesn't work in reconnecting the speaker function. You have to unpair and repair again and again! I tried looking for the firmware updated by computer/USB, nope, nothing on the GAGRA (again, no spelling mistake) website. I even tried downloading the assist software, nope, nothing for a firmware update. Also, the volume is low, like others have pointed out, even with my phone volume on max--the DIVE sucks! So, unless your car is super quiet on the high way, you'll always try to up the volume, even when you know it will not go any higher, because your pissed off. Windows down a bit for fresh air, forget about getting it all from the speaker.
