Very Pleased.

What a great piece of equipment. I was a bit skeptical when I ordered it, but was thrilled when it arrived. It covers everything. I can still hit the flea market or garage sale and pick up that old album I come across. It plays CD's and tapes, and the IPod dock is great. I have a fancy sound system for my TV, but it plays CD's too...but to run my Ipod, I would have to remove it from the wall and hook up some complicated inputs. Not necessary for this. The turn table sounds great...decent base reflection. The radio is clear and the CD's play great. I have yet to try the recording or the tape player, but so far for what I need, it has met and exceeded what I need. And you can NOT beat the price. I have seen less sell for a lot more. And it looks great. It reminds me of the radio in A Christmas Story. Heck, if I get an Orphan Annie CD, it will be just like the movie...and don't forget to drink your ovaltine. My point...nostalgic, and practical. Highly recommended if looking for a turntable. Oh, and one more surprise. Instead of going to the middle of the record and stopping, it has a reject. So the tone arm actually leaves the record and cradles itself. What more can you ask? If you still have your records, but also like your IPod, this is for you...get one.

Cheaply made, but great sound quality
By Destiny S. on Reviewed in the United States on May 1, 2011
I ordered this in hopes that it would make my LPs sound great, and it does. My only complaint is that it is very cheap-looking for something so expensive. Even though it works just fine, I get the feeling that the tape player will stop working at any minute and I dislike how the lid on top of the phonograph player doesn't lift very high. This makes it hard to see the speed settings for your records. I had to shine my cell phone light in there just to read it! Overall, the CD player works great, I love the little remote control, and the speakers sound fine, and I have yet to use the USB/iPod features, but I'm sure they're well worth the price of the product.
