exclent earphone for the budget i was workin with

these earphones sound great for what it is.the Noise Canceling isnt as affective but i think i can deal with it.The earphone came in a decent time . when i decided to buy these headphones i was looking at the features the affordability and they fold and they look pretty small and its easy to carry around with me .And i go to college in the city so when i used these i feel i fit in with the rest of the kids that wear over the head headphones they look stylish and expensive.:-) ..if your have a higher budget you could get something like the beats by dre or another one of ma favorite (Sony MDR-NC6 Noise Canceling Headphones) and the (Sony MDR-NC60 Noise Canceling Headphone) i didnt want to go that high of a price range soo soon because im a college student with other expenses. in terms of sound the earphone have high midrange, the bass is a little low but you can hear it when you are listening to certain music.its good enough for me.

Good value. Comfort and quality are a bit lacking.
By John Pigza on Reviewed in the United States on February 6, 2013
I bought these because I did not want to spend more than $30 on a pair of noise cancellation headphones. Price = 5/5. I'm happy with the price. Comfort = 2/5. They make my ears feel hot and I have to take them off after 30-45 mins of use and take a 5-minute break. Also, the middle top which rests on top of your head, is hard plastic and curves down a bit. This might cause some discomfort for some as well but does not bother me. Sound Quality = 2/5. The highs are okay and the lows are lacking. Seems to have more bass with the noise cancellation on. Noise Cancellation = 3/5. I have tried my a pair of Bose before and these ones do not work quite as well. However, they did cancel out a lot of the repetitive noises like fans/vents/refrigerators. However, a cough or a loud co-worker will still come through at lower volumes. Sometimes an electronic noise can be heard at low volumes or during a quiet part of the song. This hasn't been too bad but I have noticed it. Accessories = 4/5. Includes a AAA battery, a carrying pouch (fabric) and an airplane adapter. Overall = 3/5. If you have the budget, maybe go up to the next price range. If you don't mind the discomfort/pressure of the headphone against your ear, this might not be an issue. The product does work as advertised which is to cancel outside noise and also isolate environment noise as well. Also, because the product is made to be stored, there are a lot of hinges and joints that make the product change shape. This is not an issue when worn on the head.
