What You Need to Know
singlecue is compatible with IR-remote controlled devices as well as select Wi-Fi enabled ones (Currently controlling Philips Hue and Nest Thermostat). Visit www.singlecue.com for a complete list of supported devices. To communicate with your devices singlecue must be connected to your home’s Wi-Fi through a standard 2.4 Ghz network. Note that if you have a network that works only at 5Ghz, requires a browser login, is hidden or uses solely IPV6, singlecue will not be able to connect to your network. Download the singlecue mobile app to setup and connect your devices in your home, iOS9 and Android 4.3 smartphones are supported.
