Please uninstall the Smart Control app from your smartphone. Please charge the earphones with the cable. Please restart your smartphone. Please reinstall the Smart Control app. Please pair the earphones with your smartphone. After pairing connection, launch the app and connect the earphone to the app. If the symptoms still do not improve, please return to factory condition by following methods. MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 Factory Reset Method: Method 1: Use the Smart Control app to return to factory condition. Method 2: 1. Turn off the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone. 2. Remove one of the left and right side of the earphone from the charging case, and the other side is left in the charging case. Then close the lid of the case. 3. Press and hold the touch panel of the first one side of the earphone for about 10 seconds. The LED lamp on the earphone turns green and red alternating flashing. 4. Release your finger from the touch panel when it turns green and red flashing. 5. Put the earphone back into the charging case. Then close the lid of the charging case. After about 20 seconds, the left and right earphones will return to factory condition and automatically pair the left and right earphones. At that time, the LED lamp on the charging case will light up 3 times in red and green.
