Our NVR system uses power-over-ethernet (PoE) single network cable (Cat-5) for both power and video connection. Unlike DVR there is no need for Siamese cable where one is for power and the other is for video. There is no need for power splitters which equals less wiring.

The SNK-D5081 comes with a 3TB SATA hard drive allowing you to store hours of video. The DVR also utilizes H.264 and H.265 compression technology which allows you to record even longer with H.265 providing 40% more effective video compression than H.264. Each camera can be set to record constantly or customized to record based on motion activation or a scheduled times. Searching and reviewing your records is made easy with the option of searching by time or by event.
