Need to pump the audio output of your laptop through the PA, cleanly? GearNuts has the device you need: the Radial StageBug SB-5. The StageBug SB-5 is a passive DI that takes an unbalanced stereo signal and sends it through a pair of custom-wound transformers, which balances the signal for cable runs of up to 300 feet. The transformers also isolate the source device - your computer, for instance - from the PA system, to eliminate buzz and hum due to ground loops. The unit is also fitted with a ground-lift switch.
