8.7MP Nokia PureView Camera with Zeiss Optics
    The main rear facing camera on the Nokia 925 features an 8.7MP 1/3" back-side illuminated image sensor along with an impressive 6-element, 26mm equivalent, f/2.0 lens with Zeiss Optics. The Camera sensor is slightly oversized in PureView fashion allowing for both 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratios to capture as much of the lens's image circle as is possible. The camera also features optical image stabilization, which allows the camera to use slower shutter speeds and gather more light without adding motion blur from shaky hands, leading to much better low-light photos then you would expect from a 1/3" smartphone image sensor, and if you need even more light the 925 has a dual LED flash.     Complimenting the 925's camera is the Nokia Smart Camera app. When using Nokia Smart Camera you have easy access to manual controls like ISO, Shutter Speed, White Balance, Exposure Compensation, and Manual Focus. You can edit all of these settings manually or set some to automatic and choose which ones you want to edit. White balance modes include cloudy, incandescent, fluorescent, daylight, and automatic; and ISO selection includes ISO 100, ISO 200, ISO 400, ISO 1600, as well as automatic.
