Just like other HomeMonitor cameras, HD Pro needs no software installation or router configuration. Watching your camera or recorded clips is as easy as logging in to Gmail or Facebook. No additional recording devices or any other 3rd party hardware required. No messy boxes or extra screens needed.
What Do You Need?

You don't need anything too complicated to use HomeMonitor. You'll need a computer with a web browser and a spare network/Ethernet port on your router for the initial setup. If you want to use your HomeMonitor on Wi-Fi, it supports Wi-Fi 802. 11 b/g/n so will work with virtually all routers. We recommend your Wi-Fi uses WPA2 security if it's possible. Most importantly, your Internet access speed needs to be fast - we recommend having an Internet upload speed of 512Kbps per camera for optimal usage. Power over Ethernet supports 802.3af, and uses 13w power consumption.
