LugLoc utilizes GSM-GPRS Technology to locate your luggage. Just tap the trace icon in the Lug Locs smartphone App or on the website and a message will be sent to your lugloc device. Once the message is received the device will communicate its location back to your smartphone. Once your lugloc device responds with its location, you will receive a notification on your smartphone that your luggage was  located. The same will happen if your request the battery level.
