FWIW, I feel that we have two of the best Children's Hospitals in the midwest. (I'm a St. Lou native.) They've seen my brother, my sister, my son, and me at different points of each of our lives. I hope they're doing better now!

Trying to decide if this ereader light would be any good. I want one for my kindle for the rare times I read without light, or in bed. Might be handy for St. Louis

Ice, she's a cutie!

TT - I hope you niece and her daughter are home and healthy soon.

On another note...just saw on facebook, one of my doggie friends died tonight.
The first dog to welcome Rusty into his yard to play with him and his brother dog.

I wonder what his brother dog thinks.
I wonder if Rusty will notice. He always saw the two dogs together.

I wonder if my friend will get a puppy? She said she will never be without a dog. She still has one.

When one of our dogs died our other dog always noticed. It was really hard for them.

I've always tried to let the animal smell the dead one. But that was only small things like gerbils and dwarf hamsters and of course, the rats.

I guess I'll find out what happened. He was older than their other dog by a few years.
Actually Rusty was the last young dog he accepted. That was 4 years ago.

He had some health problems, but nowhere near dying.

I loves Golden Corral. Bourbon chicken. Fried chicken. Teriyaki steak. They have the most stupendous broccoli salad.

yeah, they do have some good stuff. The one we usually go to is much busier, so food turns over a lot faster. This one, not so much.

good news is I just had some banana and it seems to be cooperating Maybe go for some toast after I feed the furballs.

Ver1 and Ver2 are not even more lethal (at least to each other). Both have received new belts from their karate instructor. Ver1 is now in the junior belts and Ver2 received an orange stripe Tiny Tiger level belt.
